Cybernetik's Supercritical Extraction System is an advanced solution for efficiently extracting pure compounds from various materials using supercritical carbon dioxide. Equipped with recipe selection, the system ensures yield and quality when extracting from a wide range of raw materials. The supercritical fluid extraction system complies with standards such as CE, GMP, and ASME.

The extraction process involves boosting CO2 pressure to 350 bar and temperature to 70°C. Once CO2 reaches such a supercritical state, it is directed through the raw material loaded in the extractor. The CO2 then penetrates the material matrix and extracts the desired compounds. By adjusting the temperature and pressure, the supercritical extraction system can be made to extract selectively, optimizing solubility and efficiency.
