Cybernetik’s Sugarcane Juice Vending Machine is a one of its kind, fully automatic, Greenfield solution for dispensing metered quantities of fresh cane juice. The automated cane sugar juicer stores raw cane pieces at controlled temperatures. Dedicated subsystems direct these systematically for crushing, and transfer the residue to the bagasse bin. Notifications alert the controller when the raw cane stock is low.
Operator loads raw cane sticks into the sugarcane juice vending machine where it is stored at controlled temperatures. Next, the operator activates the cane sugar juicer via HMI and selects the flavours to be added. Food-grade subsystems guide the raw cane for optimized crushing and flavour addition even as a vending system places the plastic cups to collect the fresh sugarcane juice. An integrated CIP system (Clean in Place) enables on-site sanitization of the cane sugar juicer.
