Cybernetik’s Carbon dioxide (CO₂) Capsule Filling System is a CE-certified Greenfield solution for sanitizing, flushing, weighing, and dimension checking of capsules before filling the required amount of carbon dioxide in them at the stipulated temperature and pressure. These capsules enable people to enjoy sparkling water on the go. Built to hygienic FDA and GMP standards, the capsule filling machine has multiple, inbuilt quality check stations.
Operator loads empty capsules at the entry station of the CO₂ capsule filling machine. A cleated belt conveyor transfers these for in-transit primary sanitization via water at 40°C to 50°C. Next, nozzles spray water on them for additional in-transit sanitization. Thereafter, a bowl feeders orient each capsule as required before a vision system examines their dimensions, a purging system sanitizes them internally, and a check weigher pre weighs them. The gas filling system then loads 12 gm of CO₂ inside them at 4°C and 60 bar pressure. Post weigher checks their loaded weight.
